Cognitive Psychology for Engineers and Designers

With Dr. Mark Chignell, we are designing a new book for a course on Psychology for Engineers and Designers. We plan to target it as a supplement to the existing Cognitive Neuroscience book by Gazzaniga et al. (4th edition). The key idea is to make the material more engaging by using storyboards (comics) to introduce case studies and experiments that are then linked to formal material in the cognitive neuroscience book. Ultimately we hope to develop a standalone set of materials to support learning in this area. Here is the Norton website for the Gazzaniga book.
